This private beta is intended for field testing. Include your app version when reporting an issue so support can match your report to the right build.

Helpful details to include

  • Your Android device model and Android version.
  • The TripIQ beta version shown in the app.
  • What you expected TripIQ to show.
  • What happened instead and whether it happens repeatedly.
  • Whether Real-Time Mode, overlay permission, or screen analysis permission was active.

Please do not send

Do not send passenger names, complete pickup or dropoff addresses, private screenshots, account credentials, or other unnecessary personal information. If a diagnostic note includes sensitive text, remove it before emailing support.
